Are you sure? It's part of the oss repo which AFAIK is everything that
is on the DVD.
The OSS repo is way larger than the DVD. Just checked, libatm1 was not
on the DVD media.
Ah, ok, so he has to download it. Yet would it not make sense to put it on the
DVD because as seldom as this config might be, without internet one cannot
download any missing packages for a working internet connection. :)
I found libatm1 package at download.opensuse.org, and installed it similarly to
the yast2-network package, now the DSL connection can be configured.

Please do file a bug to make sure the needed packages are included in
12.1 so you don't have this issue again! On the DVD the space issues are
not so tight that a simple library has to be kicked out ...
